Your account and workspace

Provide accurate account details, protect your sign-in credentials and kiosk access, and grant workspace access only to people who need it. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for the permissions you assign.

Employee and visitor information

Your organisation is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use employee and visitor information, providing its own privacy notice, handling people's requests and deciding when records should be removed. Collect only the information you need. Do not use Checky unlawfully, access another workspace without permission or interfere with the service.

Plans and payments

The workspace owner manages subscriptions and billing for the company. Where paid plans are offered, the checkout shows the price, currency, billing period and payment terms before purchase. Review those details before paying. Manage an existing subscription through the billing portal in workspace settings.

Checky does not currently promise employee caps or monthly visitor allowances. Visitor names, email addresses and phone numbers are anonymised 90 days after the visit, on every plan. Any future plan restrictions or pricing changes must be communicated before they apply. Contact privacy@polarise.io with billing or refund questions; applicable statutory rights still apply.

Attendance and safety records

Checky depends on accurate sign-ins, sign-outs and staff updates. Its attendance and roll-call tools assist workplace procedures. Keep independent emergency procedures and verify who is on site. Do not rely on Checky as the sole record of a person's presence or safety.

Availability and ending use

The service may be interrupted for maintenance or faults. No particular uptime or uninterrupted availability is promised. Contact us to report a problem or request help with your records before closing your account.

You can stop using Checky and delete your account in settings. A workspace owner must transfer ownership or delete the workspace before deleting their account, and cancel a paid subscription before deleting the workspace. We may restrict access to address abuse or protect the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that the applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
