Help us find the problem

Include your workspace name, the email linked to your account and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, kiosk PINs or payment card details. If you include a screenshot, remove other people's personal information.

Visitor and employee records

For a record held by a workplace, start with that workplace. It manages the record and can explain how it is used and kept. Email us if you need help finding the right contact.
